Recipe of the Week!

Hi Everyone!
Here is our once per week recipe segment. There are recipes that are sometimes foods and anytime foods. Of course, the anytime foods are the healthy foods that you and your family can have anytime. The sometime foods are the foods that are not quite so healthy and you will need to make choices about.  Here’s this week’s recipe:
Oriental Roman Noodle Salad
  • 1 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds – in separate bowl
  • 1 package coleslaw
  • 3 packages beef roman noodles
mix above all together, then add pre-mixture of:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar

Mix altogether and you have a fantastic salad!
