Recipe of the Week! All Natural Cookies!

Hi Everyone!
Here is our once per week recipe segment. There are recipes that are sometimes foods and anytime foods. Of course, the anytime foods are the healthy foods that you and your family can have anytime. The sometime foods are the foods that are not quite so healthy and you will need to make choices. 

ALL NATURAL COOKIES (taken from Dr. Don Colbert, MD)

When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here’s a nice treat.

Note:Sugar is NOT an added in…gredient.
3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
