I thought you might be interested in a few healthy snacks and what they may be good for. Actually I have 2 1/2 pages worth, but I will start with 3 healthy snacks. How does that sound? Then I will add more every now and then. Here are the first 3:
- apples – protects your heart; prevents constipation; blocks diarrhea; improves lung capacity; custions joints
- bananas – protects your heart; quiets a cough; strengthens bones; controls blood pressure; blocks diarrhea
- carrots – saves eyesight; protects your heart; prevents constipation; combats cancer; promotes weight loss
