Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to Everyone!  This year we are adding a once per week recipe for you.  There will be sometime foods (foods that you only should eat sometimes) and anytime foods (foods you can eat anytime).  You can decide which is which for your family, but generally the more natural and whole foods are the anytime foods; ex: fruits, vegetables, whole grains :).   Here we go:

French Toast
-4 lg eggs                                                               1. In shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, puree, and
-2 tbl banana , pineapple, sweet potato,                  cinnamon. Add the bread slices, and turn them
